Darren T. Griffis

This lawyer is currently my court appointed attorney. The first few times we met, without him looking into the evidence, he recommended a guily/insanity plea. After my own legal research, I discovered false evidence in my case. After presenting him prosecutorial misconduct, he has refused to promp...tly address the court of prosecutorial misconduct. I am currently incarcerated and he has ignored all communications and noshowed two times. I am now forced to have to pay for a lawyer who will actually fight for me. He's creating a HUGE conflict of interest. I feel like because he is court appointed and I did not pay for him, his representation is poor. As soon as I can, I'm reporting him to the BBO.
