We contacted Attorney Nealon for guidance on an unfortunate situation we encountered with our neighbors. The issue required quick action due to the pending sale of their property. Attorney Nealon was on site the following day assessing the incident and pulling together a team of technical expertise... to develop hard data supporting our position. Attorney Nealon's knowledge of the law and Real Estate transactions allowed us to slow the sale until our issue was addressed. We expected litigation to last for several months however Joe successfully negotiated an agreement and resolved the issue within a few weeks. This saved us many hours of attorney fees and court time. Joe was refereed to me by another client. I had a complex case and I lived out of State. Joe handled my case perfectly and took the appropriate steps to resolve my issue. People need to understand that court cases move slow, sometimes VERY slow.. Joe would contact me when new information was fou...nd or completed. Joe was responsive to emails and phone calls. I would highly recommend Joe as an attorney!

I hired him in 06 for my divorce he never got back to me when I called. He promised me that I would make out, then he coward out when my EX wife hired "a really expenses lawyer look at it this way you did not pay much for me" really you get what you pay for. He does not know what he is doing event th...e court did not event know who he was. He is a joke.....event when he sent me a separation agreement.

I hired Joe to review my divorce paperwork, he was very unresponsive to emails. He did not provide any new information to me, and after I asked him to not perform anymore work for me he attempted to contact the other attorney in the case and tried to charge me for it! He also took about 4 weeks to ...get me my retainer blanace back, after several emails.

We hired Joe for to complete our P&S and do our house purchase closing in Dec. 07. Because the seller did not complete items on the P&S, the attorney withheld funds (in escarow) until the repairs were complete. At Joe's suggestion, we withheld significantly less than our realtor urged. It is Mar...ch 2009. Joe never followed up with the seller at any point. I made several contacts and attempted contacts myself with the seller to no avail. I have been trying to contact Joe Nealon almost weekly for the past 9 months. He is neither responsive or reliable. He does not answer my calls and has followed through on none of his responisibility with regard to our P&S and the funds being withheld. Having the seller to deal with was hard enough- having a completely unresponsive attorney is even worse.
