wouldn't recommend. no follow-through
We hired Joe for to complete our P&S and do our house purchase closing in Dec. 07. Because the seller did not complete items on the P&S, the attorney withheld funds (in escarow) until the repairs were complete. At Joe's suggestion, we withheld significantly less than our realtor urged. It is Mar...
