We contacted Attorney Nealon for guidance on an unfortunate situation we encountered with our neighbors. The issue required quick action due to the pending sale of their property. Attorney Nealon was on site the following day assessing the incident and pulling together a team of technical expertise... to develop hard data supporting our position. Attorney Nealon's knowledge of the law and Real Estate transactions allowed us to slow the sale until our issue was addressed. Previously I had what I would describe as an average experience with my past divorce attorney; unfortunately my financial interests were not protected. When petitioned to court for additional, unreasonable financial support I searced for an individual who was not only going to represent me but als...o PROTECT me. I needed someone who would be straight forward and not waste my time or money. Attorney Nealon actively listened. He kept me clear on the realities of what he could do; In other words, If I went off on an emotional tangent, he would bring the focus right back to the legal issue at hand. Gentle redirection- never arogant or intimidating. He intervened on my behalf in ways I had not experienced from my previous attorney, always reaasuring me. He got the unreasonable request for additional financial support dropped. I did not even have to attend court. Currently Attorney Nealon is assisting me in Child Custody issues as well as the sale of the former marital home. Attorney Nealon has responded to every e-mail and every phone call as well as every request I have made. Attorney Nealon managed to get very abusive, uneccesarry communication from my ex-husband to stop. This alone is PRICELESS!!! I am MORE than confident in his recommendations and in his achieveing the goals at hand! I can honestly say I sleep better at night knowing Attorney Nealon is overseeing my interests.

My wife and I originally met Joe after talking to a few lawyers. They all charged us a consultation fee. Joe did not. He said he wanted to know if he could help us before he asked us for a dime. Joe, unlike the otheres, thought there was an easier way than sueing. He gave us some guidance, didn...t charge us and we actually resovled it on our own as he said we could. When the need for a lwyer came again we called Joe. this time he assisted us in a dispute over a child custody issue. He met with us and told us exactly what he was going to do. He was able to negotiate the issue withthe other attorney, avoid expensive court time and both we and my es wife feel like we ended up better off. We were glad the attroneys worked together even when we couldnt. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone for any legal issue.

We hired Joe for to complete our P&S and do our house purchase closing in Dec. 07. Because the seller did not complete items on the P&S, the attorney withheld funds (in escarow) until the repairs were complete. At Joe's suggestion, we withheld significantly less than our realtor urged. It is Mar...ch 2009. Joe never followed up with the seller at any point. I made several contacts and attempted contacts myself with the seller to no avail. I have been trying to contact Joe Nealon almost weekly for the past 9 months. He is neither responsive or reliable. He does not answer my calls and has followed through on none of his responisibility with regard to our P&S and the funds being withheld. Having the seller to deal with was hard enough- having a completely unresponsive attorney is even worse.
