I contacted Attorney Hubbard after a 1 year 9 month hiatus for a Constructive Discharge Case. She told me In June of 2020, that it would cost a certain amount and asked me for additional documentation which she would hold until I received notice of a hearing, and then to let her know. I thought it ...was a “slam dunk” When I contacted her in Feb of 2022, she said that without her asking for a fee agreement, she hadn’t agreed to be my attorney and COULD NOT FIND the documentation that I provided her in full. She said “we’ve moved, sorry can’t find your file”. This occurred with an appeal notice 2 weeks away. She said that she and the other 2 attorneys in the office could not represent me. I thought she was my attorney. Very upset and discouraged. I could have had so much time to find another attorney to represent me.
