I have used Kelly for traffic tickets as well as a business litigation issue. She is excellent and very fair. Always on time which is my #1 complaint of prior attorneys. She is straightforward, honest and will tell you what to expect.

Kelly's office was terrific. I got my first speeding ticket a few months ago and wanted to appeal it. Kelly prepared me before the hearing and told me what to expect. My ticket was dismissed after about a 5 minute hearing with the magistrate. I am very happy with Kelly's professionalism and her ability and would not hesitate to hire her again!

I got a speeding ticket on the way to work and I called Kelly. She always returned my calls very quickly and explained every step of the process in great detail. My ticket was dismissed due to Kelly representing me. I highly recommend her!

I hired attorney Broadbent for a speeding ticket. We went to the initial clerk hearing, where they said found responsible, and then I appealed to go in front of a judge.
She informed me how it would go, very accurately, and it was that way, answering all my silly questions.
When it came time to present our side in front of the judge, attorney Broadbent was very professional and presented some extra details around the incident which I believe helped, and I was found not responsible.
I honestly don't think it would have been the case left to my own devices.
I was very happy with all dealings with attorney Broadbent, and would recommend her if you need help with a traffic citation.

I retained Ms. Broadbent in June of 2015 in order to represent me on an infraction in Charlton, Massachusetts. Of utmost concern was the idea that this ticket could go on my record in Washington State, that Massachusetts and Washington do not have a reciprocity / info-sharing agreement. Ms. Broadbent stated that there was no info sharing between Washington and Massachusetts.
I recently learned that the ticket showed up on my Washington license. I called MassDot registry of motor vehicles and was told that the two states always share info. I am disappointed because it appears that Ms. Broadbent did not provide correct information regarding reciprocity between Massachusetts and Washington. After being licensed to practice law in the State of Massachusetts for 11 years, shouldn't she be aware of the correct information sharing between the two states. Ms. Broadbent has not returned my calls or emails. Very dissatisfied. No need for traffic attorneys like this. I am forced now to pay higher insurance rates for the next three years and my CDL is in jeopardy. No return calls or emails. Poor service. Do not use this attorney. Licensed to 'practice' law, which appears to be all that she is doing. The whole purpose of the retainer was to keep the ticket off my driving record!

I am an attorney from New York State. I received two very bad, back to back tickets in the state of Massachusetts. I faced license suspension. As I am not admitted to practice in MA, I needed to hire my own. After an awful lot of research, and talking to many lawyers, I found Kelly. She was knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, honest, communicated with me regularly, and very experienced! I immediately hired Her. She defended both sets of my tickets successfully and got them all dismissed. She was a pleasure to work with and she was a great advocate for me. I would highly recommend Her to anyone who needs a traffic attorney in Massachusetts. Thank you so much Kelly!!!

Kelly is the best attorney I've come across. She is very professional, highly experienced, knowledgeable & easy to consult with. She followed up every time I had a question as well. She formulated a plan for my defense from the start that successfully won my civil case. I am very happy with the choice I've made, would hire again 10/10 if needed.

I received a speeding ticket in Boston and it was important to me to get it dismissed, as a clean driving record is important for my job, as well as insurance. I contacted a few attorneys to get a quote, most just blew me off and ignored my inquiry; Kelly did not. She returned my call within a business day and quoted me a price that was less than any other lawyer that DID return my call. She also sounded much more confident and familiar with the traffic court process than the others, so I hired her. She was able to successfully nip the problem in the bud at the first step of the process (I was found "not responsible" for the ticket at the magistrate hearing) and I believe it was solely due to her good reputation among the traffic courts that I was able to get away free and clear. I did not have a very strong defense, and am quite certain without her, I would have lost my case. For just a shade more than the cost of the citation, I retain a clean record and will continue to save on future insurance premiums. I would highly recommend her if you have a traffic ticket problem in Massachusetts.

I first met Kelly two years ago when I was in desperate need of a lawyer to help me deal with several traffic violations that were putting me in jeopardy of losing my license. Kelly helped me resolve all of the matters and helped me save my license in the process. Since then, I have hired her on at least three more occasions to help me fight traffic tickets, etc. and I have never been disappointed. Unlike other attorneys that I have spoken to, Kelly seems to truly care about her clients. She is very responsive and always seems to be on top of what needs to be done next on a case. She is great at presenting all options and she is not afraid to fight tooth and nail for the people that she represents. In addition to being an all around great attorney, Kelly is also very reasonable about her fee and rates. I spoke to two other attorneys prior to contacting Kelly who wanted to charge me four times the amount that she did to do the same exact thing. I can guarantee that anyone who hires Kelly will not be disappointed.

Incredibly knowledgable about the laws and rights of clients. I wouldn't go to any Massachusetts court, without her!
