Tremendous Landlord/Tenant Lawyer

While I didn’t end up retaining Attorney Molleur’s services, I did consult with him on some issues I had with my old landlord. He provided me with extensive legal information based on which I was able to make a well-informed decision regarding my best possible path forward. I then ended up with a sat...isfactory settlement from my landlord. If I ever experience another issue with a landlord in which I need to hire a lawyer, Attorney Molleur will absolutely be the first person I call. He has an extensive, thorough knowledge of landlord/tenant law and I cannot recommend him enough. Hire him without any reservations!

Highly Recommend

I had a great experience working with Jonathan Molleur and his team. I contacted them regarding an issue with my previous landlord and they eased my worry right off the bat. They were all very professional and friendly and had extensive knowledge in this area. They were able to easily walk me through... each avenue that was possible for my case and explained the likelihood of each. They were very diligent with getting all the evidence that they needed and were able to go above an beyond the expectations that I had for the outcome.
