Jonathan, on a Saturday, was up front and totally reasonable about his retainer/contingency hybrid fees. That said, he would not get off the phone with me until all my questions were answered and said to reach out whenever. Hero lawyer!

My roommate and I called him up late in the evening to get advice about what we should do about our situation. My Hero - Atty Jonathan Molleur

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Atty Jonathan Molleur. At first, I called a different attorney who contacted Atty Molleur. Within one day I received a call from him and was so relieved. From the moment I heard his voice I knew he was the attorney for me. He listened t...o me, through my tears, for about an hour and showed me so much empathy and kindness to my situation. He did not interrupt me at all. It was a very difficult time for me since I was dealing with family members so it was a very personal matter. So needless to say, I was very upset. When I heard that he would take my case, I felt relieved, since he was known as one of the top lawyers in this field of tenant law. From day one, our very first conversation, I knew that we had a chance at winning this thing, and fortunately for myself, this proved to be true. I was not prepared for the kindness and consideration that I received from him. It was not all business and he understood this was something more personal. This made me feel secure and I knew he would have my best interest at heart. With his expertise and knowledge, I saw the light of day. Justice would be served. His dedication, his attention to detail, and diligence made this all possible. Atty Molleur was aggressive when he needed to be. Not with me but with my landlords.
