Not much you can really say about Steve, other than BEST IN THE BUSINESS! I found myself in a bad spot and got my first DUI. I was so nervous and worried, and thought my life was "over". After meeting with Steve, my concerns lessened, but were still there. Steve was quick in answering any questions o...r concerns. He was always there to help and set my mid at ease(not easy for me). Steve studied all the reports and facts of the case and looked deeply into my situation. When we arrived to court, i was shaking so much. Once I met and talked with Steve, that all stopped. I was still nervous as could be! We were then called in the court room to start the trial. Steve did EXACTLY what he was there to do. He showed the police were not 100% being honest, and made some obvious mistakes. Steve was quick to point all those mistakes out, and prove my not guilty status. Through the entire trial, I thought to myself, "man, this guy is good". In the end, NOT GUILTY! Steve 100% did what was asked and beyond. Now, if the registry would cooperate, I would be a happy man, lol. Again, do not hesitate to use Steve for your DUI needs. Hopefully, you don't have to though, LOL. I hired Steve for my OUI case and I got a not guilty verdict even tho the state had some pretty compelling evidence against me. He was able to put a lot of doubt on the arresting officers credibility and made some great opening and closing statements as well. I ended up taking the stand myself becaus...e I really wanted to tell my side of the story and I actually did very well. However, I wouldn't have been able to without his guidance and advice. He knew exactly what questions the DA was going to ask me and told me exactly how to answer them. He was very responsive to my texts and phone calls and even gave me a few rides to and from the courthouse as my liscense was suspended. Steve fights for the wrongfully accused and I'm grateful for him and what he does.

He came to court prepared and made the prosecution's witnesses look foolish, by catching them on every bad statement they said. Their credibility went right out the window. It was all due to his do diligence, in my book. He knew what they were going to say and "twist" to make me look guilty. Steve w...ould have none of that, he ripped them to shreads! After my NOT GUILTY verdict, other attorneys approched us and congradulated him on his job in the court room. They all seened to know how my case should have and did turn out, NOT GUILTY! Steve believed in me and it showed. I knew when I met him he was the Man, he was refered by a friend and I'm ever grateful for that referral. I will tell everyone I know if they EVER need an attorney call Steve Vaillancourt, he's like the Patriots of Lawyers, he'll give you the best representation you will ever get and he will WIN for you.
