I found myself in a situation where I was accused of something that I didn't do- Mr. Carbone was knowledgeable of the law, what I could expect, and gave me the opportunity to make my own decisions after thorough consultation regarding the "what ifs". I fought, refusing to take the easy way out and i...n the end all charges were dropped. Mr. Carbone treated me with respect even though there was the possibility that I actually had done what I was accused of. I wasn't made to feel like a criminal. Id recommend him to anyone who wanted a fair, respectful, professional attorney.

Firstly I'd like to say that Nicholas Carbone was the second to last Attorney I called. I stumbled upon him hours before I was to appear in court for an OUI case. None the less it was not a comfortable feeling having to go into court alone. It seemed almost instanteous that Nick called me and assured... he could help right away and he did just that. He had a case at the same time but called into the courthouse to tell them he was taking my case. They complied and we had a court date set. That afternoon I had an appointment set up with Nick and we got down to the events the night before. Within the week he had investigated the entire case. All evidence needed for the case was gathered in the first week and we were ready to take the case to Trial. The only wait we had was on the court. He even managed to get me a court date that I didn't think would come that soon. The entire time leading up to the trial date he kept me informed via Phone, Person, and E-mail. He was very responsive. When we went to trial Nick was able to get all my charges dismissed. He questioned every single detail the cop had written in the police report. All in all Nick was very professional, fast, and efficient. He knew his stuff. He also was a very reasonable person to deal with I would recommend him to anyone who needed the help. With all the lawyers I contacted I dealt with the same situation; "I'm very busy", "this won't be for a while", "your case is very unlikely beatable" and so on and so forth. Nick knows how to deal with these situations and knows that not all cases are the same or likely to be beat but has the proper training to help as much as possible. 5 Stars all around for this guy, you should give him the opportunity to represent you.
