Nicholas J. Carbone

Attorney Carbone focuses his practice on Drunk Driving Defense, Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Litigation. Prior to going into private practice, Attorney Carbone was a partner at at law firm in Fitchburg, MA, an associate at a law firm in Worcester, MA, a 3.03 prosecutor in District Attorney Joseph Early’s Office, and also served as an intern for the Honorable Judge Timothy Hillman in the United States District Court. Attorney Carbone possesses experience and an excruciating work ethic that is evident in all cases that he works on. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as in the United States District Court. Aside from the practice of law, Attorney Carbone is very active in his community and partipates in many pro bono programs. He is a former City Councilor and School Commitee member and currently serves on the Disability Commission for the City of Fitchburg and on the board of the Northern Worcester County Bar Association. In his free time, he can be found spending time with family, traveling, and enjoying the arts.
