Do not hire this guy! If you should hire this guy anyway, it will be after you do when your case is done that, you will realize you've made a huge mistake. This guy can't even read paperwork and fill it out correctly, even when he's been told how to do it four times by john hancock. I have a z...oom meeting because he wrote to my ex telling her I was not cooperating with a court order. So now he told her that I am in contempt of court because of this guy not filling out paperwork correctly even after I have gone out of my way to do it right by seeing a financial advisor for John Hancock to fill it out with me. This guy can't even read a W9 or make sure the paperwork has a notary signature. How pathetic. If I did my job this badly, people would probably be killed in fires.

From the very beginning, Marc made my family comfortable during an uncomfortable situation. He was easy to talk to, honest about what we were facing and gave us a bit of "homework" to do before trial. He relayed information timely and accurately and pushed for an outcome that we desired. I would give Mark 6 stars if I could. I was referred to Mark through a friend, who was a former client of Mark's. I was very impressed in his knowledge of the law, how the system works and how he knew my case inside and out. He really listened, cared and was very polite. But most of all, he was effec...tive! If every lawyer was like him, people would view them completely different.
