From the very beginning, Marc made my family comfortable during an uncomfortable situation. He was easy to talk to, honest about what we were facing and gave us a bit of "homework" to do before trial. He relayed information timely and accurately and pushed for an outcome that we desired. I am so happ...y with the outcome of our case and can't thank Marc enough!

This lawyer shouldn't even be practicing law and should be disbarred.. He does not care for his clients or their best interests. Poorly represents clients and just wants to get paid while attempting to charge for work he never did. Presents case as to his opinion, not to the laws or to clients best i...nterest. Incompetent and not up to date on current laws. Client does all the work, while he attempts to take credit then charge the client. When asked to present clients matters in a case, the only response he can come up with is that he can not, no legal reason, just states "I can't do that". Why? Is it, poor knowledge of the laws or because of laziness? I'm leaning toward laziness with poor knowledge. Numbers attempts by client to seek proceeding updates on case where ignored, Did not return phone calls for weeks. Not even a return call stating that he was busy on another case and would get back to you. Client had to call courts to check on proceeding and was told the attorney was notified a week prior. Attorney never informed client of any proceedings. Client had to make calls to courts, fill out paperwork, track down evidence, and get ignored by this attorney. Bottom Line: POOR CASE MANAGEMENT, POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES, POOR KNOWLEDGE, POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR REPRESENTATION, AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU WANT GOOD RESULTS. WOULD YOU EVER PAY FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED?
