As stated in the title of this review, I am very glad that we've had Marissa looking out for my family's best interests throughout the sale of our former home and the concurrent purchase of a new home. It seemed that at every turn in the process there were some unique twists and turns (related to ap...praisals, prior mortgages and ex-spouses, repair issues, etc.) that presented some challenges, but Marissa definitely had our backs, giving us very sound advice and tenaciously advocating for what was in our best interests. This definitely helped us stay sane during what had the potential to be a very stressful time. I would absolutely recommend Marissa to friends, family, and anyone else.

Marissa was excellent to work with. This was my first home buying experience, Marissa was understanding and explained/ answered all my questions. She worked promptly and was able to get everything done for a rather rushed closing. She was easy to get a hold of and had open communication channels past... normal business hours.
