I cannot begin to describe how wonderful Marissa was acting as our attorney on our purchase of a home. Marissa assisted me with the closing of my new house in December 2021. She was incredibly responsive to questions throughout the buying process, including what I needed to bring to to her and when certain documents were required. On the day of the closing, she took time to explain everything that I... was signing, including the implications of certain documents that were a little confusing. Here knowledge with respect to the closing process made this go quickly, and at no point did I have to wait on Marissa to complete a task. She had done additional research and went the extra mile to make sure everything was squared away for me to purchase the home. She was incredibly well prepared and signing documents was very simple. Within the hour of completing the signing, Marissa had everything completed and I was all set to move in to my house. I honestly couldn’t believe how easy she made the process.
