I am a first time home buyer and worked with Marissa Komack to purchase my first home. As a first time home buyer, my priority was to be educated on this process and feel like I have a supportive team. If you are looking to work with an experienced lawyer who can foresee potential problems then solve... them before they happen, provide top-level client education of concepts/terms/documents, and feel like you have someone advocating for your best interest then Marissa Komack is the right choice. I cannot recommend working with her enough.
