What really impressed me about Marissa was that she didn't let anything slow her progress. While I was trying to sell my two family house in Springfield, MA, the first floor tenant decided that he would not cooperate with my Realtor, the Fire Marshal and especially me. This tenant actually changed t...he locks to the house in an effort to stall or kill the the transaction. As luck would have it, Marissa was away on vacation for a week during all of this and the closing date was fast approaching. Despite being in Maine with her family, she was able to contact and arrange for the Constable to serve papers to that tenant. He was forced to vacate the property as soon as was legally possible. This timely eviction allowed me enough time to fix the damage the tenant caused to the property before the closing date. I have another house to sell in Springfield and will be calling Marissa again to work her magic.
