Marissa was fantastic! She was on top of things and making sure all paperwork was complete and submitted while meting all deadlines and keeping me informed every step of the way. It was a smooth closing for the sale of my home, and we were even able to close early on my new home because of her dilige...nce and work with both the Realtors and banks. As stated in the title of this review, I am very glad that we've had Marissa looking out for my family's best interests throughout the sale of our former home and the concurrent purchase of a new home. It seemed that at every turn in the process there were some unique twists and turns (related to ap...praisals, prior mortgages and ex-spouses, repair issues, etc.) that presented some challenges, but Marissa definitely had our backs, giving us very sound advice and tenaciously advocating for what was in our best interests. This definitely helped us stay sane during what had the potential to be a very stressful time. I would absolutely recommend Marissa to friends, family, and anyone else.
