Marissa is thorough, meticulous and extremely hardworking. I even received updates on evenings and weekends! She found nuances, discrepancies and savings in arcane documents no one else caught. She's very accessible, with you every step of the way and timely in every respect. She's assisted us in tw...o closings so far, one, a large commercial transaction with more moving parts than a Swiss watch.
