I liked working with Attorney Pilon. During my free half-hour legal consultation, he laid out all of my options if I were to hire him. He seemed very knowledgeable, which is why I hired him. After I hired him, he was very attentive to the needs of my case. He did a thorough job. He was great at c...ommunicating with me about the case's needs. He worked out a payment plan with me that was very reasonable. I had questions along the way, and he would call me or text me back with answers to my questions. His assistant Trish was very helpful . My case was very complicated, and he did not give up on me. The building where his office is is very conveniently located. There is plenty of on-street parking, nearby parking garages, or valet between the building and City Hall. His building is also near the courthouses. I felt safe when I went to his office. I was a mess when going to my consultation with attorney Pilon, I called him when my children were ripped away from me for something I had no control over by the department of Social services. I got my children back within the month thanks to him, their father was able to come home and we are now healing from the hell we were in.
