This lawyer was emotionally and verbally abusive. He did not protect me or my children in the divorce. I fired him within months of hiring him. He never returned my phone calls, didn't explain how the courts work. He withheld important information from me and made choices about my life without discus...sing it with me. He made me feel stupid and ashamed for being in a very bad marriage and lacked any compassion for me and my children.

As you can see he has been disciplined by the Bar. His communication was horrible. His office was full of Mickey Mouse memorabilia. Should have taken that as a sign he was a Mickey Mouse Lawyer. Don't be fooled by the low price and used car pitch. Just my opinion but search the internet and I am not ...the only one who feels this way.

Hired him a few year ago to handle divorce. Shortly after decided to reconcile. Had 2 meetings with him one being free consultation, and one court appearance for dismissing case. Requested file and any remaining money left over. Did not receive either. So after working on a separation agreement with ...husband a few years later, I brought it back to Dan asking if he would look it over since he still had my money? He said no we're going after your husband. Now I have lost everything that is important to me. My children. He voluntarily handed them over to an abuser and ignored emails and phone calls, and kept crucial information from me. He is only out for your money. Also no experience with domestic violence cases. He will be my next battle after I conquer this mess he has made.

I gave Dan 15,000.00 for my divorce. All I got in return was the liberty of losing my home and children. I guess I Know where all my money went when I saw his young paralegal twirling her hair instead of taking my facts. He was grossly unprepared for the task. If I had any money left, I would hir...e another attorney to sue him.
