This guy is dirty but he did the job for me. The best thing he did for me was get my ex wife and her boyfriend plus my 2 kids out of our 4000sqft house and into an 800sqft apartment. Then I moved back open and threw endless parties. It was awesome thank you DAN sorry about your legal woes.
