Description: When I was asked to take a shot at negotiating a $5,000,000 Fraud Judgment with a Governmental Entity, I said yes. I was as surprised as anybody else in the room when the creditor agreed to accept $5,000.00 in full satisfaction of the judgment. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than smart.
