Description: My client is the mother of B.E.T. She came to me with questions about terminating the rights of her child's biological father. She was also interested in having her husband adopt her child. The biological father left my client the moment he found out she was pregnant. He refused to help my client pay for anything while she was pregnant and even after B.E.T. was born. My client married a great guy who was more than happy to be a father to B.E.T. The court to terminated the parental rights of the biological father and granted the adoption. I am happy to report that my client, her husband and B.E.T. are living happily together as a family.
