Mr. Shaw was incredibly unprofessional! He didn't take time to even look at details on the case, which was an F1 felony, and just automatically assumed guilt, even informed me in person that he believed my boyfriend was guilty without saying it directly. He told my boyfriend and the Judge (Judge Gu...y Reece) that my boyfriend should take a plea of a lesser felony, to this day I'm still shocked that Judge Reece allowed my boyfriend to withdraw his plea after Mr. Shaw stood in front of him and had absolutely no defense for my boyfriend. Besides this it was impossible to reach him. He would ask us to come to his office at 3 PM and then not be there. We would have to wait for over an hour for him to show up. It was incredibly unprofessional. Luckily for us we were able to find an attorney to hire on short notice that was able to actually sit down and look at the case and have it completely dismissed.
