2 weeks before my trail, My first lawyer quit and I had called around a couple weeks before because I did not have good feeling about my current lawyer, I found Kelly and we talked and she said my case was not that hard, but if you do not have the right lawyer you out luck, I had everything going against by the time Kelly came on board before you knew it Kelly had a judgment overturned because it was enter wrong it was default judgment, We had new trail date and for the first time in one yr I felt like I had lawyer on my side and I could sleep at night, I had my child(ern) over 50 percent of the time, Which was misrepresented by the other side, Kelly listen to me the most important thing was my child(ern), Kelly was well prepared for the trail and she present the facts to the judge and I be a man walked a way with my child(ern) with 50 percent of the time. I can not thank Kelly enough for the job she did, I did not find that Kelly was ding me for everything and she is well aware of the costs and she will work with you and her office will work with you. I am not rich man but it was worth every penny that I had paid for her services, I am not 100 percent sure but I think her referenced in divorce case is me she is talking about, Divorce is never easy for anybody but when you have lawyer that cares about family law and about you it makes it whole lot easy, You will not go wrong have Kelly representing you with family law or divorce matters.

I got Kelly's name from a co-worker going through a divorce. My ex-husband and I wanted a mutual divorce. I called Kelly and from start to finish the process took 6 months. She was knowledgeable when I had questions and to this day, two years later I email her with random questions and she gets back to me within a day or two. I have referred her to 4 people that I know needed an attorney to help with their child custody case or divorce. I would recommend her again and again.

Kelly has handled the custody/relocation case for myself and kids for the last year and half. My case is very difficult, in fact at the beginning I got a second opinion from a very reputable lawyer in town and he would not consider taking my case because "there was no way I'd win". Kelly is very detail oriented and has methodically gone through every avenue possible to support my case. And with a difficult case like this it came down to the details. Kelly did a great job responding to me quickly even on evenings and weekends. She has always kept me in the loop so I felt like I knew what was going on at all times. Her customer service skills are really a step above the rest.
I read the previous review, and yes my case has been extremely costly. But when I voiced concern about struggling to keep up with the costs Kelly gave me several tasks that I could do on my own to cut down on her fees. No one will ever say legal fees are cheap, but I figure would I rather have a luxury SUV or my kids. So although costly Kelly's work has been worth every penny.
I would strongly recommend Kelly as a lawyer especially if you need someone who will dot every I and cross every T, and then double and triple check it.

Kelly was very responsive, however every time she sent or replied to an email or even thought about my case, it was costly. Without getting into specifics, the final cost was almost double the price of the retainer. She "kindly" offered to handle some aspects of the case, i.e. ordering an appraisal, contacting my property manager, and "reviewing files", etc...and charged insanely for every second, even for simple responses generated by a question she'd asked in the first place. In hindsight, I should have handled coordinating some of these things, but she insisted that there were specific things that needed to be said to the appraiser. Several bills noted "Review client email: 0.1hr = ___dollars" among other vague descriptions. That happened until the retainer was gone and then she sent me two more bills for nearly $1500 for other "stuff" that proved in vain. That's because, to top it all off, the judge, who she was "confident" would lean in my favor at LEAST one way or the other, ended up hammering me. When the hearing ended, her paralegal sent me the decision and the curtain was closed. Then I received the last two bills. To be honest, I don't even know if she showed up in court that day. If you're looking for responsiveness and someone that seems to encourage you and make you think you've got a shot, Kelly's the one for you. If you want results, however, and you'd like a little spending money once it's over with, you may want to try someone else.
