Patrick Joseph Kirby

I was unfairly terminated from my previous employer due to a disability and Mr. Kirby did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. He took my case despite my previous employer's clout in the community and was open with me about how their reputation may affect the process and the outcome. Mr. Kir...by was thorough, diligent, and I greatly appreciated his patience with me as I was still reeling from my termination. It was obvious from the beginning that he cared not just about winning, but he was also angry on my behalf for how I was treated. He explained the legal process in a way I could understand so that I could make informed decisions. As Mr. Kirby explained, he was my lawyer, so he wanted me to direct the decision-making.
