My practice is focused in the areas of banking, secured transactions, general business and real estate. My clients include financial and lending institutions, creditors, business owners and real estate owners.
I have extensive experience handling loan workouts, debt restructuring, and complex commercial loan documentation with emphasis on collateralized loans. I also advise creditors on their rights in insolvency proceedings. I regularly advise clients on judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, replevin actions and other collection remedies. I also have experience with condominium creation and general business matters.
I am also a University of Montana Bertha Morton Scholar and an Adjunct Professor teaching real property in the paralegal program at Spokane Community College.
