Barbara was the third attorney I retained to handle my case. The first two told me to plead guilty. Barbara told me to let her investigate the case first. She did this and uncovered a lot of defects in the state's case. So many, in fact, that they reduced the charges from 3 Class A felonies to a simple misdemeanor. I kept my life!

Barbara is very professional and keeps you abreast of all that's happening in your case. Her professionalism and experience cannot be matched. I am so fortunate to have found her!

This lawyer was retained by our family for my brother's rape/kidnapping/assault case. She met often with my brother and our family over the life of the case. But far more importantly she succeeded in getting all of the charges dismissed! She works likea dog and leaves no stone unturned. She did the investiation that the police and prosecutors should have done. I cannot adequately describe her diligence and compassion. She had a strong belief in the righteousness of the case and did a wonderful job. At least in the Pierce County Jail, she is a legend for her successes. She is the most sought attorney after because she cares and does a terrific job.

Barbara successfully defended me on a Rape 3 charge in 2007. Throughout the process Barbara urged me to live my life and not worry about the case as that was her responsibility.
