We have recommended Craig Beetham within the last year and will continue to do so. After working with other attorneys in the past there is no comparison. He is simply the best! He is extremely knowledgeable and has vast experience to draw upon. We would not seek legal advice from anyone else.
A flawed doctor's assessment was the basis for the system (police, a state agency and family court) to take a variety of actions that removed small children from their parents and extended family for nearly a year. Fortunately the truth surfaced and everyone is now reunited, but it was a terrible ordeal. Fighting back against the system is a formidal task and you must have a lawyer who understands how the system operates and knows what strategies to follow if you are to have any chance.
Craig Beetham took on what seemed an impossible challenge and after a couple of months of groundwork a feeling of optimism and hope took over. He deposed key players and skillfully established what the true facts were. The tide began to turn and never reversed. There are behemoths in the system who once they start down a path refuse to alter their positions. Craig quietly demonstrated he knew how to take on the system and reverse its course. He was very effective in court, and in putting together out of court settlements. Both were important in bringing about a successful outcome.
Until you've been in the situation and experience the anxiety and helplessness of being in an impossible situation with the system as your adversary, you can't appreciate what a terrible dilemma it is. Craig Beetham is a highly skilled and competent lawyer who can help you if you are ever in this position.
P. Craig Beetham and the team of Eisenhower Carlson are the only choice as far as I’m concerned if you find yourself facing a family law case. When it comes to protecting your right to be with your children, it’s crucial you make the correct decision when selecting an attorney—it’s a choice you will live with for the rest of your life. If something goes wrong in court, your family may never be the same.
Sometimes bad things can happen to good people. As a single parent, through no fault of my own, I found myself in a situation that resulted in a judge taking from me all custody and visitation with my child whom I’d previously enjoyed 50% custody. In my case, the system made a mistake. My original attorney tried unsuccessfully for over a year to reverse the judge’s decision and was unable to get me any visitation. I lived the nightmare of not seeing my child for over a full year. When my first attorney was unsuccessful, the firm of a former Supreme Court Judge represented me on appeal with no success.
It seemed hopeless. Nobody could help me see my child. Other firms reviewed the case and decided it was just too complicated and complex; my case needed a highly specialized firm that could handle parallel simultaneous cases with state agencies, local law enforcement, as well as family court. The case needed a firm experienced with challenging doctors, specialists, and expert witnesses. In my case, Craig Beetham and his staff recognized that an injustice had occurred and stepped in to help. Craig has the experience that cannot be provided with other law firms.
With the help of Craig Beetham, I’ve now been re-united with my child. Craig was able to advocate to the court to restore my rights as a parent and restore my relationship with my child. I’m thrilled to be a parent now and my child is thriving by having his parent back in his life.
I now have essentially a 50% parenting plan and am with my child again. The family law team of Eisenhower Carlson under the direction of P. Craig Beetham is the only law firm I would recommend if you need to protect your family. I highly recommend Mr. Beetham.
I have been involved in a very bitter divorce that was filed two years ago. As I began to move on with my life, my ex became very irrational and difficult to deal with. I retained mr. Beetham a few months ago, I became aware of him through a few different people. He came highly recommended. He has worked very diligently on my case and has done a fantastic job to date, I still have a ways to go with my custody dispute but have the utmost faith in Craig to continue to do all he can to resolve this case. I am very satisfied with all of Craig's work.
We hired Mr. Beetham to represent us in a child relocation case. Because of the nature of our family issue the preparation time for our court dates were extremely compressed. Craig did a great job utilizing the resources from his team to meet deadlines while still presenting the best argument for our cause. Even though things were moving so quickly I always felt that we were informed. Craig and his team were also very professional and skilled at keeping things on track as was at times highly emotional experience for us. I felt Craig was extremely knowledgeable in this area of law. Much of the procedure was explained to us up front and played out as expected. We got a good result and felt we would not have done as well if we had not been represented by Mr. Beetham.
I contracted Craig’s services in 1995. He took over an extremely complicated family law case that was so complicated that my first lawyer became so flustered she did not know what to do. Craig gathered the unkempt records together, organized them then set out to win my case. With knowledge, professionalism and dedication to his client, he went on to win my case and was a complete professional to me as well as my ex-wife and her counsel throughout the case. Since 1995, I have called upon Craig for legal advice in many situations. Craig has never hesitated one moment to timely respond to my request and has provided assistance free of charge! If Craig did not have an answer to my legal question, and that was rare, he would find the answer or refer me to someone with the answer. Craig is the type of person I hope will one day represent the state of Washington as a Supreme Court Justice.
