I am a Member Williams Kastner. My practice focuses on general litigation with a primary emphasis on , product liability defense. I also represent municipalities on Civil Rights Section 1983 actions and premises liability, and insureds in automobile negligence actions. My commercial experience includes representing trust beneficiaries to recover the value of assets wrongfully removed from their trust, the valuation and sale of corporations and the impact of environmental contamination on the value of real estate. I also have experience resolving personal injury disputes through arbitration and mediation.
