Suffering from military injuries and being told I couldn't do this or have that care was taking a huge toll on me and my family. Then I found Mr. Allen. He did the hard work to make sure I got what I needed when I needed it. Even though the government can work slowly, his encouragement kept me going. Thank you Bob.
Mr. Allen has been my attorney for the past 20 months and has been there at every turn. I suffered a life altering injury at work and he was recommended to me by a family member. Between L&I bureaucracy, greedy insurance company tactics, and my employer’s demands I was in over my head. I can honestly say I don’t know where my family and I would be financially without his expertise. Whenever an issue arises, and there have been plenty, he is there to provide an explanation as well as reassurance. He is able to breakdown complicated legal jargon into easily digestible information. Mr. Allen is dependable, straightforward, attentive and compassionate; he has navigated me through turbulent seas and I’m grateful to have him as my advocate. Without reservation I would recommend him to anyone dealing with an injury or disability.
Mr. Allen fought hard for my rights, making it possible for me to get on with my life. I really don't know what I would have done. Trying to fight the federal government on my own seemed impossible. But once Mr. Allen got involved, things started happening. He really understood what I was experiencing. Thank you, Mr. Allen.
Mr. Allen successfully forced the Veterans Adminstration to frecognize my rights and benefitsand to provide my medical benefits. It was very tough fighting the government, but Mr. Allen made sure I was informed and truly appreciated my military service.
