On behalf of Mr. Clinton, Hendricks & Lewis overcame substantial statute of limitations and collateral estoppel issues and successfully moved for summary judgment of liability in Mr. Clinton's favor. Following entry of summary judgment, Hendricks & Lewis negotiated a favorable settlement on Mr. Clinton's behalf.
