Dave represented me against the Washington Dept of Financial Inst and did a great job. He discovered and pointed out the misrepresentation of facts that the dept came up with and when he was done with them, the gentleman that brought up the charges took another job. He was very open with me about the chances of winning or settling and left it up to me. I appreciated that fact that he would go to hearing and not insist that I settle with them. under the circumstances, I really enjoyed my time with him and he made me feel confident that I was making the right decision. Of course I would highly recommend him.

I think David is a top notch attorney and I would highly reccommend him. I would give him a 5 star overall rating, but his knowlege of the financial industry is just outstanding. He probable knows more about the industry than most of the professionals who work in the industry. Also his ability to thnk on his feet while questioning witnesses was most impressive. Should I ever need an attorney again, I would hire David without question.
