I FIRST MET TOM A COUPLE YEARS AGO DURING AN ISSUE MY SON HAD. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP HIM AND IN DOING SO I HAVE CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE YEARS FOR QUESTIONS AND HELP. HE WAS ALWAYS VERY RECEPTIVE, HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. I WOULD HAVE NO OTHER LAWYER.
Tom was very un organized and un professional. Multiple times I had to correct him on his code of conduct and almost had to fire him in the middle of court proceedings due to his lack of professionalism and realizing that I payed him and not the other way around. Also when it came to a deal negation he had cold feet all the time. Then I had to tell him to make a deal under these conditions and the DA accepted the terms that I set. You have ultimately a better chance of defending your self with a season of law order than hiring Tom.
I thought i was never going to see Day Light again, and Mr. McAllister got me off on all Battery and Drug Charges. This guy is like a Shapiro. You dont need 3-5 Lawyers, just one good Attorney. Thank you Mr. McAllister.
I fought my Ex in court over her accusing me of DV... in the beginning there looked to be no hope because of how manipulative she is. Tom was very honest about the possible outcomes of this kind of trail but dedicated himself to help prove the facts of the case and in doing so all jurors involved saw past her lies, finding me not guilt.
I am extremely pleased I choose Tom in this matter as he saved my reputation. Personally, I'm very grateful for his dedication and hard work and would recommend his law group to anyone!
