Mr. Elsner was very thorough and patient walking me through the process that I had questions about in great detail, even sharing documents with me via e-mail during our phone consultation. He listened to my questions and answered all of them completely. I appreciated his time and vast knowledge. The assistant and attorneys are very courteous and have a pleasant demeanor. I believe you would be satisfied with their services, as I was.
The Elsner Law Firm gave us VIP service, everything to our legal rights to our well being. They not only respected our confidentiality but taught us many things regarding our personal matters along the way. Mr. Elsner showed integrity, knowledge of the circumstances and kindness through out our legal process.
Mr. Elsner exhibited comprehensive knowledge, honesty, and straightforwardness in all my dealings with him. He helped me navigate through a difficult passage in my life with intelligence and compassion.
Where should i start. Justin was referred by a cousin i no longer speak to due to the current nightmare Justin has turned out to be. 1st he forged a retainer agreement to extort my parents, and continues to hold the files hostage. if he is telling you he just won 2 criminal cases that is a lie because i was the defendant and as you can tell i am very dissatisfied. The only reason i survived his representation is because i forced him to hire a real lawyer who did all the work. Justin will lie that he has meetings with prosecutors when he doesn't. Your lawyer will be unprepared when you get to court and will bill you outrageous fees that even the best won't ask for. All the good reviews are fake. He will drag your case even when it is simple and he's good practice for prosecutors. After seeing my lawyer become a punching bag in court, i decided to do a little research and that's when i saw it. He has lost 89% of his cases and they were traffic cases. Worst part, he will still be asking for money, refusing to not show up for court and if he's really stuck, you will watch your lawyer stammer. Yes, you will go to jail if you don't run now. If you are a current client, collect files if you can and go find yourself a real attorney.
Justin is the only lawyer that almost lost the most winnable case in history. The case i had him handle had no legitimate proof in the 1st place and he still had a hard time. I pretty much learned to become a lawyer thanks to Justin. At least, i met a better lawyer who handled my other case and pretty much now have enough research experience because of his incompetence to pursue a career as a paralegal.
Mr. Elsner is the first lawyer that I have had to use. The process was very quick and easy. I hardly had to do a thing. Being a young adult and getting a couple speeding tickets back to back I was pretty nervous but Justin always seems to be on the ball and helping me every step of the way. He handled everything with great care, was very helpful, supportive and discreet. I would recommend him to anyone that needs legal help.
aI was nervous to try a lawyer that I had never heard of and knew nothing about for my traffic infraction.Plus I had got a ticket that interfered with my deferral I was on, so I was actually trying to get two tickets off. I did however have a wonderful exspirience with Justin, and thought he came across very caring and professional. I would definately recommend him.
I unfortunately got a ticket doing a fast stop and turn at an intersection, just one of those nights. I contacted Justin, he took care of everything, didn't really have to do a thing besides give him my citation number. Got ticket dismissed, didn't have to worry about a thing!
Had a contract signed, everything looked good. Then when it turned out it was more than just filing a claim with the insurance and collecting a fat check, all of a sudden a contingency case turned into a demand letter. Probably OK IF AND ONLY IF, you have an admission of fault from the other party.
Justin represented me in a case being held in Belleve this summer and did an incredible job. He was always on top of everything and responded in a timely manner. As a defense lawyer he was knowledgeable about the public prosecutors and judges.
Justin is a very smart, simple, down to earth kinda guy. I feel very lucky to have him help me protect my corporation. He is, un-tainted. I mean, every time you call, you get a sence of how important you really are, as a client. I got real lucky here. A wonderful attorney for any company.
