I've used Mr Anderson on three occasions. The third time I used him, the landlord was trying to evict my nightclub from the building because they wanted to lease the space to a much larger company. At trial Mr Anderson proved the landlord had falsified utility charges so they could pretend we were in default when we weren't. With his help we forced the landlord to buy our lease instead of being bullied out of the building for nothing. I thought he handled our case very well.

I consulted with Mr. Anderson about filing a bankruptcy. He advised me to wait for two years until some taxes I owed could be discharged. I found him easy to talk to and appeared to care about what was best for me.

Jason has an incredibly calm demeanor, he listens to your needs, and acts on them accordingly. You won't find a more honest lawyer in Seattle. I would greatly recommend him.

Smart guy here, if a bit on the not so time responsiev side or not always focused on one thing alone(your case) when one is in his office.
But if you can be forgiving interruptions like glances at the computer screen other people's issues while you are in the office talking to him about your case, or, people in the office freely interrupting your session with him by stopping at the door and talking to him without apologizing, etc.--then, you could get a nugget or two from his good opinions and inputs when he is focused in-between other things that are going on.
But overall, he is a good lawyer and Iw ould recommend him to anyone, and have.
Fix the focus thing and he is on his way to become an excellent lawyer.
