Norm was very, I mean very personable, trustworthy, knowledeable non-judgemental and informative. If I had a question - he had an answer that was sincere and called it as it is. He represented his law firm in a professional manner. During the (hearing) he showed up ready, prepared and totally outclassed the prosecution. (Not a knock at the prosecutor because he has a job to do himself.) I was in awe as he spat out RCW's and did not once have to review notes. All free flowing and it showed professionalism, I felt he was always one or two steps ahead of the prosecution, he addressed all the concerns and took control with confidence and passion in a field that is unfavorable to most. I felt comfortable with not only Norm but the whole law firm of Rhodes and Meryhew including Alissa and Danica.

Norm was tremendously helpful to me during what was a very difficult time. Arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, I was referred to him by a friend of mine who had a great experience with Norm when he was tight spot, and told to expect to calm down a lot once I had a chance to talk the situation over with Norm and his assistant, Alissa.

Sure enough, after a free consultation, I had a much more realistic idea of the position I was in, and felt confident that I had hired a knowledgable and well-connected lawyer who gave me a great chance against my pending charges. This feeling only increased as I met with Norm several times and found him to be very likable and relatable. He is truly dedicated to his clients and ready to fight as hard as necessary on their behalf.

In the end we reached a settlement agreement and I did not have to serve any jail time. The price was fair and the service was excellent; Norm is truly a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him!
