Client Review: One of our companies became involved in a commercial venture which included real estate. The venture ultimately failed and litigation resulted. The case was very complicated and came to include litigation with the joint venture partner and with third parties due to issues related to the venture.

While we do not subscribe to litigation as a preferred method of resolving diputes, we had to accept the fact that in this instance we were left with no other viable option. The process ultimately included 3 lawsuits and an arbitration.

In the end, in large part due to the skill and experience of our legal team - the primary attorney being david ashbaugh - we reached successful resolution of all issues. We highly recommend Mr. Ashbaugh and his firm.
