United States v. George Wegers, et al

Outcome: Plea to lesser charge results in 36 counts dismissed

Description: Amanda Lee, Jeff Robinson, and Jeffrey Lustick jointly represented the International and National President of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club, who was indicted as the lead defendant in a 37-count Federal RICO case alleging arson, attempted murder-for-hire and witness tampering. Mr. Wegers entered a guilty plea to one count and received a sentence of 20 months, plus three years of supervised release. Mr. Wegers was allowed to remain an active member of the Bandidos, and he avoided any forfeiture.
