A Consumate Professional, Well Prepared, Highly Competent Criminal Trial Attorney

As a professional Business Analysis Manager with a long career working in large multi-national corporations , I would jeopardize my career if I had been convicted of a crime, even a misdemeanor. I hired Francisco "Tito" Rodriguez for a false claim of a crime. Tito was extraordinarily prepared, dug i...nto the facts of the case at trial and during cross examination and throughout the trial clearly demonstrated that the accusations made against me were entirely bogus. The verdict by the Jury was "Not Guilty". Tito is a very honest attorney, highly respected in the legal community, and most certainly a great criminal trial attorney.

Thank goodness I didn't qualify for a public defender!

Thank goodness I didn't qualify for a public defender! Unfortunately, I've needed true legal counsel twice in my life - several years ago for my daughter, and most recently, for myself. There was no way, in either situation, that I would have been able to go it alone, and I didn't qualify for a pu...blic defender. Fortunately, when my daughter needed help, I saw Mr. Rodriguez' ad in the back of a weekly paper and made the call. Honestly, within just a few minutes, I felt a real sense of hope and relief. I was so lost, and knew nothing about the legal processes involved in my daughter's case. In the end, he had my daughter's charges dismissed, and the court practically apologized for their initial misjudgment of her. I recently needed legal representation for myself, and immediately knew who I was going to call - Mr Rodriguez. I was again in a situation that I could not have managed on my own. When I heard his voice, and he said "Yes, I can help.", that sense of hope and relief came back. Well, once again, he prevailed in court. Prior to our appearance, we had discussed what I hoped would be the court's decision, and, in the end, the decision was even better than we'd hoped for. Mr. Rodriguez is very easy to talk with. I never felt judged by him. He instills a real sense of confidence, and a feeling that everything will be ok. His ethics are commendable, and he is always very professional. It was great having a person like him defending me. Thank you again
