Car accident Insurance settlement HELP !!!!

Depending upon the fee agreement with her lawyer she may owe him nothing. Generally a contingency fee agreement provides for 1/3 of the gross settlement plus costs. She may owe costs but if the lawyer did not improve her position from the offer before she hired him, then the lawyer should not get the 1/3 and should only get 1/3 of anything over the 50, if that happens. As for the registration, if the vehicle is insured, it is insured.
