Client Review: Matt Straight has been our legal counsel on real estate related transactions since 1980. Matt is still our company's first and most desired choice today after completing hundreds of transactions of significant magnitude. He has a unique skill set of being able to grasp the components of a transaction very quickly and provide expertise to make the deal work long term. Matt is extremely efficient through providing only relevant legal advice, thereby reducing billable hours. Matt has a very strong background in all areas of real estate law, however will direct his clients to specialists in areas outside his areas of strength & legal expertise (which there are very few areas). Over the years, Matt has also become a very close friend whom I regard as having a foundation of integrity and loyalty which is second to none. Matt's vast years of transactional experience will give you the best representation you can get.

Client Review: I have worked with Matt Straight for years on all types of trasactions and I can say that I could not run my business without his help and advice. Matt is smart, trustworth, gets the job done and is fun to work with. He has a knack at getting things done quickly and understands the nuances in all sorts of deals and transactions. He is one of my closest advisors and I know I can rely on his experiece and integrity in any situation. Matt is more than a lawyer he has become a close friend. Client Review: I first met Matt probably 15 years ago, through a referral from my friends at Polygon Northwest. Since that time, I've had Matt do a lot of legal work for me in the field of real estate development, including complex purchase and sale agreements, title documents, and various legal agreements affecting the development of real property. Matt soon became my "go to" attorney of choice in these matters, and I've never been disappointed. His work is thorough, and his recommendations are usually always well thought out and "on the money". He takes direction well, but also won't hesitate to explain certain issues to me that I might not have thought of in the same way, so that I can make a more informed decision. He has protected my interest at all times, but when I've made a decision, he moves quickly to get done what needs to be done. Finally, he has always been very fair with his billing, which is important in this day and age. I have routinely recommended Matt to others in my profession, and have no reservation doing so. Plus, he is a guy with a good disposition, so he's easy to talk to in a conversational manner when I see him to discuss matters in his office, yet he is completely professional when he is representing me in meetings. In short, he's an excellent attorney in his field, and I would not hesitate to give him my highest recommendation.

Client Review: Having worked with Matt for a number of years on multiple occasions and through a variety of legal issues I have always found him to be exceptionally competent. His legal acumen spans land use, construction and development issues, business structuring and acquisition, general business counsel and personal representation. His demeanor is enthusiastic with an appropriate level of intensity.

Beyond his legal expertise Matt has always kept ethics and integrity at the forefront. Always putting his client's interests first, if he does not have the specific knowledge needed he will work to find the appropriate resources for his client. If he believes there may be even a hint of potential conflict of interest of impropriety Matt is always the first to bring the concern to light so it can be resolved.

In a nutshell it would be hard to go wrong by retaining Matt on your team of advisors and confidants.
