  • I used Darrel 1-3 years ago.
  • Darrel handled my Trusts matter.
  • I have previously worked with 1-2 lawyers.
Client Review: Mr. Carter represents my siblings in family trust matter. Their is a state law that says a will must be filed with 30 days of a person's death.
Mr. Carter represents the trustee in this matter -- along with the rest of my siblings. The various attorneys working for my siblings in this matter do not seem to care that the will has not been filed yet -- almost 6 months after my mother's death.
Be careful of the type of lawyer you want to represent you.
