About Me

For over 20 years, attorney Phil Hingson has been serving clients from throughout northern and coastal Oregon as well as the Portland metro area. He considers it a privilege that the children of his past clients are now clients themselves!

"Making estate planning understandable" is Phil'scommitment to giving his clients the information they need to be happy with the choices they make. His ability to provide calmness and clarity about estate planning and administration is one reason his clients and their families and friends continue to consult with him.

Phil's areas of expertise include:  Wills & Trusts, Probates, Trust Administration, Medicaid Planning, Special Needs Trusts, Conservatorships, Guardianships, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, Business Planning, and Real Property.

Services include fixed fee cases, hourly rates, and free consultations depending on circumstances. The Portland office is located just off I-5 and Highway 217 in SE Portland and provides plenty of free parking and ADA accessibility.  The Newport office is right off the Coast Highway (Route 101) at 130 NE 4th Street, Suite A, with telephone at (541) 265-8311.  It also provides plenty of free parking and easy accessibility for clients of all ages and abilities.
