I came to Bryan with a unique case, with two visa denials under my belt from working with poorly informed attorneys in the past. Bryan took the time right of the bat to understand my case, providing me with very clear insights before even starting working with him. Throughout the process, he kept me deeply informed and was clear about every step along the way. I was successfully issued an h1b visa through working with Bryan. I would not be living in the U.S. if it had not been for Mr. McGowan. He helped me gain permanent legal status through my employer. Through the whole process Mr. McGowan was a constant advocate for me and took the time to explain the whole process, along with any problems that arose. He also answered all my questions and was someone that would be forthright rather than tell me what I wanted to hear.
