I was really disappointed with them, I looked at the reviews and I thought they might be good.
They wasted my time and at the end they said: "nothing we can do for you, go find another one".
At first they seemed very confident and will get me through it, only at first.
Joshua represented me when I was nearly hit by a vehicle and went down (on my bicycle) trying to avoid it. I was more than 100% satisfied with his representation, will obtain his services again if needed and do recommend him without any hesitation whatsoever.
After my accident I was completely overwhelmed with how to go about dealing with insurance companies and medical expenses. Joshua educated me on the entire settlement process and did a fantastic job of taking care of all the details so I didn't have to. Through out the process he kept me up to date on everything that was happening and the end results were exactly what I hoped for.
Joshua Shulman represented me for a bicycle accident I was in, in late 2008. The process was fairly long but Joshua kept me very informed with what was going on and gave me much needed advice and comfort in a very emotional time for myself. I really appreciated his patience and calm demeanor.
Mr. Shulman represented me when several other attorneys basically said my case wasnt worth their time. I had an automobile accident and opted at the time to not go to the hospital and refused medical which apparently was a mistake. My injury was a deeply bruised tailbone that manifested a short time after the accident. I was having trouble sitting down, getting up, climbing stairs and getting in and out of my car. Due to being unable to sit for extended periods of time it was all I could do to get thru my normally scheduled work hours and was unable to work any overtime to help pay my monthly bills. I was becoming more and more financially burdened because of this and had no money to pay Mr Shulman up front. He graciously took my case without any fee and assisted me through the next year with the case against the person who was at fault in the accident. At the end, he obtained a more than satisfactory settlement for me and deducted his fees from that amount. Throughout the year long case, he remained very positive and encouraged me to be patient through some of my darker times. I was being hounded constantly by bill collectors and was even being garnished by the Oregon Department of Revenue because of a late payment, losing $600 a month from my already dwindling paychecks. It truly was the hardest year of my life. If Mr.Shulman hadnt been willing to help me without advancing any money up front, I truly would not be in the position I am in today, which is debt free. He enabled me to pay off all of my bills and continue on worry-free in a downshifting economy. I would at any time recommend Mr. Shulman to anyone needing an attorney. He has my eternal thanks.
