Patrick Birmingham is truly one of a kind - such an amazing attorney! I was involved in a driving accident/DUI in late 2009 - I am grateful that it was not worse. I  researched attorneys online for about a week or so and made consultation appointments with a couple attorneys, one of which was Mr. Birmingham...(I was  very impressed by his extensive experience and also the fact that he represented a case that one of my favorite authors, Ann Rule, wrote a true crime book about got my attention). It was the most devastating time in my life to say the least and all I had was uncertainties.  Mr Birmingham was so intelligent/knowledgable yet kind/warm. He listened to every concern i had and  explained exactly what my rights were. He also gave a realistic idea of what Reprucutions  I was facing legally/financially. I chose him as my attorney and I never regretted it! He was with me the entire legal process - always there with me in court/available to answer any question any time. I would recommend Patrick Birmingham a million times over!!!!
