Michalowski v. Skyway Towing

Outcome: We won. Verdict in my client's favor.

Description: This was a traumatic brain injury case that went to trial in Butte County. The case was a hard fought battle. The defendant hired a Southern California law firm to come to Chico and defend the case. They fought over everything, and said my client was not hurt. The final result was that we won the trial, and the final verdict was approximately $130,000 more than the final offer made by the defendant.
