I encourage my clients to be actively involved in problem solving and preparing their case, and strongly encourage clients involved in family law cases to actively engage in counseling during the process. I have found such counseling to lessen stress, improve the outcome, lower costs, and more likely lead to a resolution that is long-lasting and amicable.
I encourage practical problem solving throughout the process/litigation so that the best outcome can be achieved.
Besides my law degree from UCLA, I completed the course work for a master's degree in Humanistic Psychology through Antioch University. I have special training in the mediation of disputes, and in collaborative family law.
